Orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you place your order Monday to Friday before 2pm AEST, it will be dispatched on the same day.

If you've missed the 2pm cut-off time, or in the unlikely event that your order was unable to be dispatched on the same day, rest assured that it will leave our warehouse on the next business day.

For the quickest dispatch, we recommend using our Credit Card payment option. Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your payment. Credit Card payments are instant.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. In the case of deliveries to New Zealand, USA and all other countries, orders will be forwarded to the local postal service.

Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product purchased or name of the site purchased from. For further discretion, the sender’s name will not be displayed on the parcel.

Option 2: Authority to leave (ATL)

If you choose this option, your order may be left unattended at the delivery address.

However, if the area is deemed unsafe for delivery, the postal service worker or driver, may choose to leave a 'missed delivery' card so that you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.

By choosing the ATL option, we cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from the delivery address. However, we will assist in rectifying any delivery issues with the postal service.

Express: 1-3 days - AU$12.99 per order

Some deliveries may take slightly longer than stated, especially those outside metropolitan areas.

This service does not require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you choose this option, your order may be left unattended at the delivery address.

However, if the area is deemed unsafe for delivery, the postal service worker or driver, may choose to leave a 'missed delivery' card so that you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.

By choosing the express shipping option, we cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from the delivery address. However, we will assist in rectifying any delivery issues with the postal service.
